Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Templates

• All free marriage biodata templates can be used without any charges.
• Since these are free, refunds or cancellations are not applicable.

2. Premium Templates & Paid Services

If you choose to purchase a premium marriage biodata template or any paid service:

• Once the payment is confirmed and the biodata file (PDF, Word, JPG) is generated/downloaded, the purchase is considered final and non-refundable.
• Due to the digital nature of the product, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once the file is delivered.

3. Exceptions for Refunds

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

• If you were charged multiple times for the same transaction due to a technical error.
• If the file was not generated due to a system error, and we are unable to provide you with the purchased biodata format.
• In such cases, you can request a refund by contacting us at support@marriagebiomaker.com with your payment details.

4. Cancellations

• Since biodata files are generated instantly and delivered immediately, cancellations are not possible after the payment is completed.
• However, you may continue to edit and regenerate your biodata using the purchased template.
